TheraLinks was co-founded in 2011 by Jason Sanders, who serves as Managing Director. Jason's connection to therapy runs deep — his mother is an Occupational Therapist, and it was through her that he first developed an appreciation for the field. He went on to learn the healthcare staffing business firsthand at a national firm, where he quickly recognized both the opportunity and the gap: large companies couldn't offer the focused, personal service that local therapists and school districts deserved.
That insight led Jason to launch TheraLinks with a clear mission — to be a genuinely better option. By keeping the business local, lean, and specialized, TheraLinks is able to bill school systems at highly competitive rates while simultaneously ensuring contractors are among the best-compensated in their fields. Efficiencies that national companies simply can't match allow us to pass real savings along to everyone we work with.
The result: therapists who stay year after year, districts that keep calling back, and a reputation built on trust over more than a decade of placements throughout Central Florida.
