TheraLinks was co-founded in 2011 by Jason Sanders who is the active Managing Director (pictured left). Jason first became familiar with therapy through his mother, who is an Occupational Therapist; and learned the healthcare contracting business from 2006-2007 when he worked for a national company in the industry. Although he learned a great deal about the business while working for a large national healthcare company, he also discovered he had an entrepreneurial drive to provide better and more focused service to specific clients that the constraints of working for a national company regrettably inhibited.
So TheraLinks was founded in 2011 with the mission to be a better healthcare contracting company. TheraLinks seeks to be a better option for school systems and therapy providers alike. We strive to match or "link" qualified therapists to positions of need for which they are best suited. Doing so often results in committed contractors, satisfied in their positions, who are likely to be retained by the district from year to year.
Additionally, we bill clients at highly competitive rates (usually the lowest in the market). At the same time we also aim to make sure our contractors are among the highest paid in their fields. How can we accomplish this when so many other companies fail? Simple, we're more efficient AND we choose to pass the savings along to our contractors and clients alike! Because of our specialization, and the intentional narrow focus of our local small business, we're able to achieve efficiencies the big companies just can't reach. Combine our staff's knowledge of their local area with the streamlined workflow of systems designed for efficiency, and you get... TheraLinks
