For over a decade our mission at TheraLinks has been to place highly qualified independent related service providers (OT, PT, COTA, PTA, SLP, D/HH, TVI and others) into positions of need within local school districts throughout Central Florida. We also offer unique solutions for former FRS employees who have retired or exited DROP wishing to return to the school setting without jeopardizing their retirement.

Assignments in the school system follow the school board's schedule and calendar. This means you're typically off of work by 4pm on weekdays, and have school holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break, etc) off - including summer breaks!

Flexible Pay!

We offer flexible pay schedules for our contractors (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc) and free direct deposit available.

Better Rates!

Our unique business structure affords us the ability to provide the highest possible compensation rates for qualified contractors.​

• Rates for assistants range from $33/hr - $38+/hr based on experience ($47,000 - $52,000+ per year*).
• Rates for OT's  & PT's range  from $48/hr - $53+/hr based on experience ($68,500 - $75,000+ per year*).
• Rates for SLP's range  from $48/hr - $56+/hr based on experience ($68,500 - $80,000+ per year*).

​*Annual reimbursement figures stated above are for calendar school years - based on the average district total possible hours (1,425 hours maximum - 7.50 hours a day for 190 working days).
